Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
•Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
•Any changes made within 48 hours will result in your deposit being forfeited.
•If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.

Before Your Appointment
To ensure the best results, please:
•Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes (no mascara, eyeliner, or strip lash glue).
•Avoid using oil-based products around your eyes before your appointment.
•Remove contact lenses before your appointment.
•Avoid caffeine right before your appointment to help you stay relaxed.

After Your Appointment
•Avoid water, steam, and heavy sweating for the first 24 hours.
•Do not use oil-based cleansers or makeup removers on your lashes.
•Brush your lashes daily with a clean lash wand.
•Avoid pulling, rubbing, or playing with your extensions.

Refills (Infill Policy)
•A refill is recommended every 2–3 weeks, as natural lash growth will cause shedding.
•Refills are only possible if you have at least 50% of your extensions remaining.
•If less than 50% of your lashes remain, a full set will be required.
•If you book an infill but do not meet the requirements, you will be charged for a full set or your appointment may be cancelled.
