Returns
Due to the nature of our beauty products (including wigs, lashes, and press-on nails), we are unable to accept returns on any items that have been worn, tried on, used, or removed from their original packaging.
Returns will only be accepted if the product remains completely unused, unworn, and is returned in its original packaging, and if the return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item delivered was incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it and notify you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
Exchanges
Please Note
We are only able to replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product by mistake.
To request an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number along with clear photos showing the issue so we can assist you quickly.
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
Used or opened beauty products, including wigs, lashes, and press-on nails, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Sale, promotional, or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Custom-made or personalized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
